Workflow software for small teams

Fix the work that gets stuck between files, people, and approval.

We build and install practical internal systems, write the instructions, train your team, and stay through the first two weeks of use.

These internal projects show how we turn raw inputs into checked, person-approved work.

This working example checks the input, flags missing information, and keeps final approval with a person.

What we fix

Where good work gets stuck.

Usually between a finished job and the person, file, or approval needed to move it forward.

01

The same facts get entered twice.

Someone copies information from an export, form, job note, or older document into the next file.

02

Experienced people become the bottleneck.

Senior staff spend their time finding missing pieces, checking routine items, and sending work back.

03

No one can see where it stopped.

The status lives in inboxes and memory. A late handoff can delay the client, the next job, and the invoice.

Ways to work together

Start with the right-sized build.

One workflow is the fastest way to prove the fit. Broader work is scoped only after we understand the systems, people, and risk involved.

First workflow deployment

Fix one repeated handoff.

For one process that can be observed, tested, installed, and handed to a responsible person.

$3,500–$7,500
Fixed quote before work begins

The final quote depends on the systems and people involved.

  • One bounded workflow
  • Custom software or automation
  • Clear operating procedures
  • One team training session
  • 14 days of stabilization

Custom deployment

Connect more than one workflow or team.

For broader work involving several systems, linked handoffs, phased releases, or training across teams.

Custom scope
Quote and schedule after review
  • Multiple connected workflows
  • More than two systems
  • Work that changes from job to job
  • Phased build and rollout
  • Training matched to each team
  • Support plan matched to the work

How it works

Show us one recent job.

Start with four details. If the work may be a fit, we send the private questionnaire that maps the actual process.

01

Request the consultation.

Send your name, work email, company, and website. No files are needed.

02

Answer the private questionnaire.

We ask about one recent job, the systems involved, where it slows down, and who approves the result.

03

Review the recommendation.

If the work is a fit, we send the scope, schedule, price, exclusions, and next decision.

Built for daily use

Your team can run it without guessing.

We install the system in the agreed environment, document the routine and exception paths, and train the people who use it.

Your business keeps its accounts, data, instructions, and administrator access.

After launch, ongoing care can cover monitoring, maintenance, and agreed improvements. It is quoted separately.

Common questions

What to expect.

Scope, price, software, and what happens after launch.

What is the free consultation?

Start with the four-detail request below. If the work may be a fit, we email a private questionnaire about one recent job.

We review the answers and reply with the best next step. There is no calendar booking at this stage.

What do you actually build?

A practical internal system around one repeated job. It may prepare a report, assemble a packet, run known checks, route an approval, or connect tools your team already uses.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Usually not. The first deployment is designed around your existing tools and one process that needs a better handoff.

What does a first deployment cost?

Most first deployments fall within the range shown above. You receive a fixed quote after the fit check and before work begins.

When is the Custom deployment a better fit?

When the work crosses several teams, more than two systems, or changes heavily from job to job.

We quote Custom work after the questionnaire shows a safe, testable boundary.

What happens after installation?

We train your team, provide the operating procedures, and stay through a 14-day stabilization period. Ongoing care is quoted separately when it is useful.

What happens to our examples?

Approved examples stay in the private project used for the work. They are not used as portfolio material without written permission.
